jli7 Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jli7 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support offered through jli7.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces. These Terms apply to all users of the jli7 platform, whether registered or unregistered.

By registering an account with jli7, logging in to an existing jli7 account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the jli7 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jli7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jli7.

Access to and use of the jli7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming activities.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted at the time of accessing the jli7 platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the jli7 platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jli7 platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jli7 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

jli7 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may conduct additional Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of jli7 services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jli7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli7 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jli7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jli7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• jli7 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or unverifiable information will be suspended pending verification.
• jli7 may require additional identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

jli7 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals via registered GCash mobile wallet
• PayMaya / Maya — instant e-wallet transfers
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card linked to a Philippine bank account

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the jli7 cashier page at the time of the transaction. jli7 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your jli7 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the jli7 cashier page. jli7 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jli7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

jli7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions. Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider.

jli7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jli7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method deemed abusive by jli7 — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• jli7 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts credited in error.

All games available on the jli7 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game being played.

jli7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the jli7 system.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jli7's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. jli7's decision in such matters is final.
• jli7 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the jli7 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the jli7 platform's software or infrastructure
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jli7 staff or other players
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the jli7 platform
• Accessing the jli7 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

jli7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jli7 players:

All content on the jli7 platform — including but not limited to the jli7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jli7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jli7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jli7 platform without the prior written consent of jli7.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli7 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jli7 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

The jli7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jli7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content therein. jli7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

jli7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your jli7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that no outstanding verification requirements or compliance holds are in place.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jli7 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. jli7 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

jli7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jli7 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jli7 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the jli7 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jli7 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
